Complete DASP claim
Every super fund you have, plus ATO-held unclaimed super, in one application lodged by Registered Tax Agent 26076969.
Start my claimNo super, no fee
If we can't recover any super for you, the fee is refunded in full. We only get paid when you do.
Never a percentage
Percentage agents take 15–20% of your balance: $840+ on an average claim, thousands on a big one. We don’t, ever.
The guarantee: no super, no fee
If our search finds no claimable super in your name, or we can't lodge your claim, the $150 is refunded in full. No arguing, no partial credits. The fee only stays paid when super is actually recovered for you. All the work below happens before we know the outcome; we carry that risk, not you.
A published price, not a quote
Plenty of DASP services describe their fee as "fixed" or "competitive" and tell you the number after a consultation, an enquiry form or an eligibility check. Ours is on this page, and on every page of this site, before you tell us anything: $150. Because the fee never depends on your balance or how many funds you have, there is nothing to quote and nobody to book a call with. One more number worth knowing: a DASP can only be claimed once you are outside Australia, which makes our service a GST-free export, so $150 is the whole figure, not $150 plus GST.
What the fee includes
- Eligibility and visa-status confirmation with the Department of Home Affairs
- Search for every super account held in your name, including funds you've forgotten and ATO-held unclaimed super
- Preparation and lodgement of your DASP application with every fund and the ATO, through the registered tax agent channel
- Electronic identity verification (passport + selfie, powered by Stripe Identity), no certified copies or consulate visits
- Handling of fund queries, follow-ups and rejected applications until payment
- Payment to your nominated bank account, Australian or international (SWIFT)
- Human support on WhatsApp from form to payout
When we're paid
The fee is paid securely by card (Stripe) when you submit your claim. It's what commissions the registered-agent work: the searches, verification and lodgement. It is not deducted from your super; your fund or the ATO pays your DASP directly to you in full (less the legislated tax).
Is the fee tax deductible?
Fees paid to a registered tax agent for managing your tax affairs are generally deductible. If you lodge a final Australian tax return for your departure year, you can usually claim it there.
The only honest asterisk
DASP tax (65% working holiday / 35% taxed element for other temporary visas / 65% on ATO-held money) is withheld by your fund or the ATO under legislation. It isn't a fee, it doesn't go to us, and nobody can reduce it. And if your balance is so small the fee doesn't make sense, we'll tell you, the ATO's free system exists and we're upfront about it.
Common questions
Are there really no other charges?
None from us. Your own bank may charge an inbound international transfer fee or apply its exchange rate, that’s between you and your bank; we have no part in it.
What if you can’t find any super in my name?
Then you pay nothing, no super, no fee. We tell you what we found (or didn’t) and refund the $150 in full. We don’t keep money for lodging nothing.
Is GST charged if I’m overseas?
No. A DASP can only be claimed once you have left Australia and your visa has ceased, so our service is supplied to someone outside Australia. That makes it a GST-free export, and $150 is the whole fee. Your invoice shows no GST because none is charged.
Do you charge more for multiple funds?
No. One fee covers every fund plus ATO-held money. Multiple funds is the normal case, not an upsell.
